SHIPPING AND RETURNS

PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIME:

  • Within 2 – 3 business days, all orders are processed (Our warehouse dispatches orders from Monday to Friday)
  • Shipments may be delayed for a few days if we anticipate a high volume of orders.
  • You will be notified via email if there is a substantial delay in the dispatch of your item.
  • Domestic orders will be delivered in 4-10 working days from the time they are dispatched.
  • After shipping, delivery to difficult-to-reach locations may take 12-15 working days.

SHIPPING CHARGES:

  • We ship free of cost throughout India. A flat shipping charge of ₹100 is applicable for cash on delivery(COD) orders.

ORDER CONFIRMATION AND CANCELLATION:

  • Following checkout, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order number.

RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS:

  • If you happen to receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us at support@naylyst.com within 5 days of purchase to request a replacement.
  • Please include a photo of the products you received so that we can assess its condition.
  • We will collect any products that have been labelled as “damaged” or “faulty” or “defective.” When we get the item at our facilities, we will inspect it for damage/faulty/defect and begin the replacement procedure as needed.
  • We do not accept refund/return/replacement requests unless the product is damaged or faulty, as all sales are final, non-cancellable and non-refundable.
  • We’ll process your return as soon as we receive it for the purchase amount minus the original shipping charges. Please note it may take up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your account.
  • When you return your purchase to Naylyst.com you will receive a full refund to your original payment method for the price of the item(s).
  • Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns, replacements or issue refunds after 15 days of purchase.
  • From the time we deliver the product to the address you provided, it will be your responsibility. The risk of loss and ownership of the items you purchase transfer to you upon delivery.
  • Any refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment. If you paid via bank transfer you need to give this information to our customer service staff when you initiate the return so that we can refund the money directly to your account.

HOW TO PLACE RETURN REQUEST:

  • For any requests for refund/return/replacement, you must contact our customer service team by writing to us at support@naylyst.com including details of:
    • your name and order number;
    • your geographical address;
    • your reason for request;
    • your email address; and
    • phone number.
